  • Dedicated Local 412 Area Code Number: We will provide you with a new local phone number or you can forward your existing number to number we provide you.
  • Live Phone Answering: Personalized phone answering service from your trained virtual receptionist will answer your calls with a warm personalized greeting customized to fit your business needs from 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday – Friday. After 5:00PM call go to voicemail or can be automatically transferred to the number of your choice. (25 minutes/month, additional minutes are $1.00/minute)
  • Call Transferring: After greeting the caller, your live receptionist will route calls to the phone number of your choice. Available upgrade for two call transferring contact phone numbers.
  • Company Voicemail Box with Voicemail to Email: Never miss a message again, access your voicemails 24/7 from anywhere. Keep and store important messages so you can refer back to them at a later date. With voicemail each time a voicemail is left is also directly send to your email as a digital audio file.   • Call Screening: For an additional $30/month your live receptionist will let you know who is calling. You decide to take the call or have it go to voicemail. If you are waiting on a specific call, but not wanting to speak to anyone else, your receptionist can do that too. Your receptionist can screen each call and only send you the calls you want.
